• All pertinent X-ray reports and test results from your primary care or referring physician.
• A list of all medications that you are currently taking.

• If you have had surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operation report.

During your initial visit, Mr North will perform a physical examination and ask you about your medical history, surgical history and any current medications you are taking. You will be asked about your symptoms and complaints.Tests may be ordered to assist your doctor with diagnosis of your condition. A booking will be made for any operation that may be necessary.

An initial consultation will be $140, of which $78.05 is the Medicare rebate. Any follow up consultations are $70.00, of which $39.25 is the Medicare rebate. Generally, there are no out of pocket expenses for operations dependent on the level of cover, there may be an excess to pay depending on the arrangement with your health fund.
